Rates are for single/double occupancy per night and subject to a 19% tax-service charge, plus $3 per night  per Villa Aruba Environmental Tax.

Additional person $25.00 per night.

Payment Policy

Deposit required when making reservation is $250 or 25% whichever is more.
Reservation balance due in full 45 days prior to check-in date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee if notified more than 60 days prior to check-in date, 50% of deposit is refunded.
Cancellation fee if notified 60 days to 15 days prior to check-in date is loss of deposit.
Cancellation fee less than 15 days prior to check-in date is 50% of total reservation.
No refund for late arrival or early departure.
